Davenport delights again! I couldn't get enough of this spooky, cozy story about friendly skeleton, Marlon Elden, and his partner, Richard, who host a family party for Halloween. But all is not well in Elden Manor! As the guests arrive, it's evident that something is afoot. While Marlon and Richard attempt to discover what is going on, we meet the rest of the family, as well as a somewhat confused owl detective, rambunctious guinea pigs, and a chonk of a cat named Cromch. This novelette is a perfect escape and an excellent way to kick off Spooky Season!
