Decent read that I banged out over a few trips to Borders. The murderer/psychopath-as-extreme-liberal angle was fun to read. The pseudo-love story/hacky twist/irrelevant family angle was a drain and pointless. Would've liked to have seen more devoted to the Catholic angle.
