This gave me Addie LaRue vibes and I can't say no to anything in that vein because it's one of my all-time favorites. This was unique in the way that it spanned across time, but wasn't really time travel. I loved all the different places and points of history where Tom was present. The pop culture references and the fun little spin on classic history were fun and engaging. The writing was also so lyrical and lovely. I loved the quotes about love and life and how trying to exist when someone you love is gone is damn near impossible. The concept of the Albatross Society was also really interesting and I liked that it kind of played the anti-hero/borderline villain type of role. I also loved how Tom's POV shifted from his current life to different eras of his past. They were well thought out and I could easily see the character development. While this isn't necessarily a romance, there was plenty of love here. I enjoyed it immensely, it was quick-paced and I truly loved the writing. The ending was so cute too and I was so happy to see it conclude in that way.
