3rd Degree by James Patterson

I love James Patterson and I love this series. It killed me that Jill had to die. I don't really see the point of making her a battered wife before killing her off. That didn't develop her character in any way, and just randomly brought her husband into the book for a few pages. I feel like there could have been more Justice for Jill, and I hope her spirit is not lost in the next book.
I found the way the women communicated with the perps was very clever. I'm sad that all the perps died and that the "rat" couldn't have a chance to redeem herself in any way, but at the same time their fate gave complete closure.
