💕One-Night Stand
💕Instalust
💕Single Guardian to his niece
💕Workplace Romance
💕Baseball Coach x Assistant Coach
💕Small Town Romance
💕Forced Proximity
💕Hate to Love
💕Spicy - with more detailed, steamy scenes
This book is equal parts spicy and emotional, striking a perfect balance that kept me hooked from start to finish. It might be my first Almond Bay series book, but I’m so intrigued now that I’m planning to read all the previous ones.
While Ryland Rowley and Gabby are central to the story, for me, the real star is Ryland's niece, Mac. She completely stole the spotlight! Her sweetness and innocence melted my heart. The moment she called Ryland "Uncle Dad" was such an emotional highlight—I was completely undone.
Ryland and Gabby’s relationship felt more like lust than love at the start, but the second half of the book brought a deeper, more heartfelt connection. By the end, their relationship felt genuine and satisfying.
The family dynamics in this story were beautifully written, and I loved the moments of bonding. Both Ryland and Gabby’s backstories were incredibly touching.
Although I usually prefer audiobooks for longer reads, I still enjoyed this one thoroughly. By the end, I felt completely satisfied and eager to explore more from this series.
