Emily Wilde's Encyclopaedia of Faeries by Heather Fawcett

5.0

Very happy I treated myself to the Emily Wilde books during this gloomy winter period. I could have purchased them at the start of the year, in London, but I feel like I was meant to wait a bit... I'm keeping the second one until the Christmas holidays really get started, because I know I will be able to use a warm and cosy blanket like these stories are...
If there is a point of criticism, it would be that I feel the ending is a bit rushed. I would gladly have read more about Emily and Wendell's journey out of their predicament. I hope to read more about the lovely characters Fawcett described in this story in the sequel.
