Spider Bones by Kathy Reichs

3.0

It's been a while since I read one of these books -- in fact so long that I tried three of them for about 20 pages each before I realized that I had already read all three of them -- back in 2010 when Spot was so sick and I was escaping.
This book was an interesting story, weaving Tempe's work in Montreal with a death in North Carolina and the search for and identification of remains from Vietnam. Most of the story takes place in Hawaii which reminded me that I'd love to go back there, so all the descriptions were tempting me. I thought it was pretty well told, with a twist that I had suspected and one that I never would have guessed. I'll keep reading these mysteries.
