But the last 15-20% got a bit propagandistic: pro death penalty, anti-reform, rigid thinking. I guess it would be tough to spend your entire life hunting serial killers and not come to the conclusion that people like that could never change. Nevertheless, I don’t think it’s his place to say whether someone can or cannot change given the right treatment.
