This was a really great read overall, and I would definitely recommend it to friends! The only reason it lost a star is because I felt that the beekeeper storyline, though it was important to the story, drug out at times. Some of the scientific bee-talk lost my interest, but I appreciated the authors' ability to tie her career into the plot of the story.

To be honest, the plot twist at the end did surprise me! I expected there to be a twist, but I thought maybe Lily's mom or dad would somehow be involved, not Maya.
