I loved this book. It will help you to understand or work with introverts if you're not one, but if you ARE an introvert it will help you to better understand yourself. I used to think so many things about me were weird and not normal until I read this and I realized that I'm fine. I'm just really introverted.

I listened to the audiobook narrated by Kathe Mazur and thought she did a good job. I might actually pick up a physical copy of this one, though, to reference in the future.
