I enjoyed this more than I thought I would to be honest. The narrator is disgusting and depraved but also incredibly witty and funny at the same time. It actually made me laugh audibly many times while reading it which surprised me because I wasn't expecting it at all. It was an interesting style of writing and I really appreciated the acknowledgment of the readers throughout the narration. overall, I would find it awkward recommending it to other people to read because I would be afraid they would look at me differently but I feel that many people would secretly enjoy reading this book or this dark-humours type of book in private.

It did feel a little slow at times and there were some points where I thought of just putting it down but in the end I'm so glad I  stuck with it :) I also annotated the crap out of this book which I don't usually tend to do but I felt that there was so much going through my head whilst reading it that I had to make notes about it as I read.
