Beartown by Fredrik Backman

5.0

I can’t call this book a wonderful read … it’s powerful, painful at points, and hits like a sledgehammer. Fredrik Backman’s story and characters are a masterclass on empathy. I usually like to include a impactful quote in my reviews, but this book has too many to pick one. As a stepparent and a middle school teacher, I recommend this book for all parents or teachers, especially, but it’s a good book for anyone to experience.
