"your face is leaking" — ROCKY SUPREMACY

When I first started this, I was worried it wasn't going to be my kinda thing. I wasn't invested at all, and I didn't feel anything for the characters. BOYY did that change. Rocky literally saved this book for me. He's so precious and pure, I absolutely adore him. Rocky and Grace's friendship was so wholesome. I went from feeling nothing, to feeling everything for these characters.

I was quite surprised at how funny this book is. I love how the humour contrasted with the high-stakes plot. It was a nice change from all the dark/moody sci-fi books that I usually read.

Another thing that really stood out to me, was how scientific yet accessible this was. I love my sci-fi books to have LOTS of scientific explanations and information. This book definitely checked that box for me, and it did it in a way where it was never hard to follow or confusing. I think this would be very accessible to people who don't read that much sci-fi, despite the heavy and elaborate scientific content, because it really is so easy to follow.

This book was smart, complex, witty, and surprisingly wholesome. A story about hope and connection, with a STUNNING friendship, and incredibly written characters (again, Rocky supremacy
