3.5 stars — Don’t get me wrong, I’m still enjoying the series…but I about lost my patience with Tiffany. Her struggles felt very drawn out and repetitive. And something about the way things were resolved…like, I have no experience with that kind of trauma, and I know everyone’s experience is different, but it felt…I don’t know, something just hit me wrong.
Salukh got this one the half star bump. He was amazingly patient and thoughtful, and insightful as well. I appreciated that he would do whatever it took for Tiffany to feel comfortable.
Like I said, Tiffany wasn’t my girl. I appreciated her hard work, and I did get where her need to keep everyone happy came from…but, I don’t know…it took her forever to get out of her own head, and I just lost my interest in her story I guess.
The narrators were okay. I think Ms. Jackson’s Tiffany voice wasn’t my favourite, but I can’t pinpoint why. I can’t help but wonder if that was part of where I lost interest.
So yeah. Not my favourite, but still entertaining. More excited for Josie and Haeden at this point.
