Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants by Robin Wall Kimmerer

This book was so enlightening and challenging. It’s informative, and frustrating, and eye-opening. I had massive respect for the conservation indigenous communities did before but I had no idea how much it is a part of their entire lifestyle and ideology. I’m leaving this book with renewed respect and a challenged outlook. I hope to do better moving forward and implement some of the things I took from this book.
