This was a very cute book. I did start to get kind of bored 70% in because I feel like it could’ve been a much shorter book. I loved the characters. I definitely related to these characters more than I have other books and it’s a lot more realistic of a love story.

I loved watching Stevie’s confidence grow, her standing up to her awful mother.

It was also a little bit repetitive in parts. The way that she constantly described Stevie’s hair, every single chance she got, it felt repetitive and almost rude. Women are beautiful with curly “unruly” hair.

I can’t wait to start reading Ryan‘s story!
