Warning: this is part review but mostly a place for me to spew thoughts/remember everything that happened. There will likely be spoilers.
This was soooooooo good! I couldn’t stop once I started. It’s funny because I haven’t read YA in a while now, but the last two books were both YA, and I absolutely LOVED them.
This gives of definite WWII era vibes but with a magical twist. Kind of reminds of the Leviathan series. I love the “he falls first” aspect to this story and both main characters were perfection. I hope we learn more about Attie and Marisol in the next book. I also neeeeeeed to know what happened to Keegan. I almost called if that Forrest somehow switched sides and was the one stealing from the house. And OMG Roman! I just can’t with that ending. I also feel like there is going to be some truth bombs about Enva.
