Take Howl’s Moving Castle & Aladdin, combine them with a well written plot, and you’ve received this precious novel. ~ I will not lie I do simply adore Diana Wynne Jones’ writings, but this one was more than superb. I adored the unexpected turns and twists which provided humor and joy throughout the novel. Sophie simply is an amazing woman. Meanwhile, our protagonist wins the heart of his beautiful princess through a fun journey filled with magic carpets, large cats, and of course a genie.

I will always highly suggest this series to anyone who asks. ^^
