Seeking Two Lovers by Lynn Burke
4.0
“I chose the darkness behind my eyelids because I could - it was my choice. I held the power over what I did or didn’t do.”
After recently leaving a long-term relationship, Lily sets out to explore her sexuality by making her biggest fantasy come true: being between two guys. Blaine and Grayson have been together forever, after escaping a dark past. When Grayson meets Lily on a dating app called Missing Link & meets Blaine at a coffee shop, not knowing that they are roommates, she decides to date them both. But what happens when unrequited feelings come to light between Grayson and Blaine? Will Lily be pushed aside like in her previous relationship or can they all make it work?
“Sometimes we have to be just a little selfish to find what we’ve been searching for.”
One of my favorite things about books with polyamorous themes (menages & harem) is seeing how the relationship develops between each of the partners. This book is no exception! I love how reassuring Blaine and Grayson were towards Lily because of what happened in her past relationship & how much support both Lily and Grayson offered Blaine because of his past. Everyone in the relationship was treated as an equal & I loved this book because of that!
Note: check TW/CW! This is Book 1 of an ongoing series. This book contains a MMF relationship, religious trauma & themes that are not suitable for everyone.
Thank you to Lynn Burke and The SmutHood for this ARC copy. This review was written honestly & voluntarily based on my own enjoyment of the book.
