The Horse and His Boy by C.S. Lewis
5.0
Context: My sister and I created something we call the Narnia Challenge. It is where you compete with a group or another person to see who can finish The Chronicles of Narnia the fastest. You can do it for a prize or bragging rights. (We personally are doing it for bragging rights.) But you read each novel and then you write a paragraph about the novel. I however had an extra challenge thrown into the pre-existing challenge… I had to write my paragraph about how much I either loved or missed having High King Peter in the book. (If you can’t tell I Love Peter.)Feel free to do the challenge if you would like with your friends or family. And if you do please share with me because I would love to talk about your experience with this challenge. Below are the paragraphs from The Narnia Challenge that I wrote I hope you enjoy.
Okay this book is good but I have one gripe. We get to see all of the kids except Peter. Can we just talk about this for a second, we see all of the other Kings and Queens of Narnia but we never see the high King. This is set in the reign of the High King Peter when referring to later on in the books but do we see Peter no. I really love the book and I love the series but I just miss Peter. On to the next one where there is Peter.
