If Sumner's going to stay and the US and make it to the NFL, he needs to marry an American and get his green card, and his longtime crush, Britta, is the perfect woman to be his wife. Except, Britta is only interested in a marriage of convenience that will end in a year.

This was a very quick, very steamy read. I don't always think romance novellas work well, but I thought this mostly did (except maybe Britta's motivation to marry Sumner). I wish there'd been a little more about Britta's family, but overall I enjoyed this quick read.
