Happy Place by Emily Henry
5.0
I waited a year to read this book, refusing to buy the hardcover and waiting on the paperback drop. It was worth the wait! I had time to focus on the book while on spring break, which was necessary because I struggled to put it down.
Wyn and Harriet have grown apart and are now living in different states, but no one knows. Their friends pull them together for the last trip to Maine before their best friend Sabrina's home is sold and lives take a new route.
Falling into the tropes of Remarriage and Friends taking different paths, Emily tells a relatable story with characters who you'll want as your friends.
I'd love two epilogs: one to hear more about Sabrina's journey and one to hear the story of Cleo and Kimmy.
