“Lies are comforting. Truth is painful.” I was worried that this book was going to be over hyped. However I am so glad that I was wrong. It is definitely worth all the damn hype! I was hooked from the very beginning till the end. Violet is such a bad ass character throughout her journey in this book. Not only is Xaden my new book boyfriend, but he is a bad ass too. I don’t want to give anything away, but that ending with a cliffhanger gave me goosebumps. I cannot wait to read the second book next month.
