His Prince by Cora Rose

Finally, we get Angel’s story! I think we can all agree that from the very beginning, Mikhail is not exactly likable. The way he treats Angel had me fuming—and probably throwing some serious side-eye at him.
Angel, though? He’s amazing. Even after everything, he loves Mikhail and is genuinely happy to marry him, but then Mikhail pulls the ultimate jerk move: he distances himself after their marriage is consummated. Seriously, Mikhail? Angel deserves the world, not cold shoulders. But does Angel sit around feeling sorry for himself? Nope. He decides to get his revenge, and boy, does he deliver.
He transforms Mikhail’s gloomy house into a warm, vibrant home and wins over everyone. Even Mikhail’s guards are calling him “Our Little Husband,” which honestly made me chuckle. Angel just has this way of being himself that’s impossible not to love—no one can resist him, not even the tough guys guarding him.
Of course, Mikhail gets his redemption arc (because it’s a romance, after all), but I can’t lie—I wish he’d had to work a little harder to earn Angel’s forgiveness. After everything Angel went through, Mikhail should’ve really stepped up.
Also, can we talk about the Lizard Granny Mafia crossover from Lily Mayne’s Goliaths of Wrestling? That was such a fun surprise!
And speaking of characters I can’t get enough of… Bane. I’m officially obsessed with him. I need his story, like, yesterday.
Overall, His Prince was a great read, as expected from Cora Rose.
