I adored this book. I fell further in love with this cast in this second book. Helena writes such deep characters and their trauma. She seriously makes all other book characters seem so one dimensional compared to her own characters. I actually learn from the characters on the page. This is my favorite romance series. I think the demisexual rep was fantastic and validating. I learn so much about Jewish life day-to-day by reading Helena’s books.
