I loved this book! The moments when Cassie was vulnerable, talking about the challenges of being a career focused person and not feeling like people take her seriously. Danielle did a fantastic job integrating social justice issues into a romance novel. I love how the female characters weren’t written like a cheesy Hallmark movie with a powerful woman who changes for a man. These gals were bad@as the whole series! And the men… Danielle did a wonderful job writing emotionally intelligent men. *chef’s kiss*
