A lot of great advice for general healthier living for ANYONE, not just those who have faced cancer. I appreciated that Servan-Schreiber emphasized that these lifestyle changes complement modern medicine, as I am grateful for the surgery and poisons that also killed the cancer. Will be working to implement some of these suggestions!
