I loved the first chapter, I really understood the insightful concepts and interactiveness (for that I’m bumping it up a star). Great book with lots of interesting theories, however there was so much content into every chapter that could have been summarised shorter. I’ll be honest, due to the content I did find my brain wandering off, but that could also be because I didn’t understand some of the parts
