I can’t even begin to understand the pride Mackey must take in the utter devastation she injects into my life or the chock hold she has me in! So much stands out in this book. 1)I was a little confused on the back and forth about what Shatter revealing her dark bond would or wouldn’t mean. 2) I absolutely am going to have to find time to read this again. 3) Never saw Ransom being a himbo coming! 4)I felt more relief at Roxy being who she seemed to be than at anything else. 5) I have absolutely no idea how Mackey is going to get herself or the pack out of this mess. Like I legit feel hopeless but that’s ok cause that means the HEAT will be all the sweeter 6)The world building around auras and bonds is brilliant and fascinating. Then on top of all of that there is DUSK…and he is everything!! I mean he is just everything! The way I was prepared to ignore everything in my life to read this book is farther testament to the way this series and world has consumed my life! And I know there is a lot of cliffhanger hate lately but this one was so perfect in its simplicity. Just consider me feral for Marie Mackay and the OV at this point.
