Wonderfully written, super gripping. I did not know much about Duterte and his impact on the Philippines before reading this, and I learned a lot. I’ve also heard that everything is very authentic, which is good. My only complaints are that the romance felt weird overall and the ending wasn’t as satisfying as I’d hoped.
