Just amazing! Like what a great read. Ugh, I really loved Mariana and Tristan. I wish the rest of the books followed them as well, but I am excited to read about Dante and Amara.
Something that irked me was how they talked about "the codes." My husband and I both write code for our jobs (software engineer & data analyst), and I've genuinely never heard of someone talking about a really important computer program as "the codes." It just seemed to downplay the significance of it, but that might just be a me thing. Also, the fact that she really didn't spend that much time writing code felt odd because it just wasn't realistic. You can't just sit for a couple of hours and poof there's a super cool computer programto take down the highest governments, mafias, etc. . Not even for a person with a really high IQ. It just felt unreasonable. But otherwise, what a great book!
Also, the ending was really fast. It felt rushed. I could have used a couple more chapters at the end, but again, what a great book.
