Greta transcribes recorded sessions for a psychology and becomes slightly obsessed with one of the patients whom she nicknames Big Swiss…

I know people loved this one, and have found it hilarious, but it’s a very particular humour (slightly unhinged and lacking any kind of subtlety) and it just didn’t land for me. I wasn’t in the right frame of mind for it at the time but I also didn’t feel at all invested in the story or Greta as a character, so decided to DNF at 92 pages (just over a quarter of the way through). Having briefly flicked through the rest of the book, it was definitely the right decision for me!
