This book was recommended to me by a woman I met who is struggling with life decisions as an expat and the things she said about it made me curious enough to download it. I realized I couldn't just listen so I also purchased a paper version so that I could do the exercises.

I don't have the words in my vocabulary to speak to how this book has impacted my thought process. I will be keeping it on my bedside and working through these steps for years to come.
