So far, in the span of five minutes I’ve learned his chaste kisses don’t lie, and nor do his hands. This man turns me on.
I adored Elodie and Gage, their kids, and the entire side cast of characters.
Elodie is raising her much younger sister, Amanda, after tragic accident took their parents lives. She is a chocolatier, lover of retro clothing, roosters, and red lipstick.
Gage is a single dad to, Eliza, after is ex-wife tragically passed away unexpectedly. He is the owner/proprietor of a local bar, covered in tattoos, and makes handmade soaps.
I loved everything about this pairing. Their great banter, the dirty firty things said back and forth, his need to put her pleasure before his own, her ability to see right to his heart, her need to have a passionate romantic partner, and his pension for calling her nicknames.
It’s a tasteful kiss, but it’s a kiss that says to the world she’s mine.
I cant wait to read the next couples story in this series!
Thank You to Lauren and Good Girls PR for gifting me an early copy so I may share my thoughts and feelings about this wonderful romance novel!
