Looking at Forever by Ann Lister

5.0

Ann Lister's Rock God Series is one of the best series I've had the pleasure of reading. All the books in the series can be read as stand alones but they do flow better if you read them in order.

Wheland is the guitarist for Ivory Tower and book 4 happens to be his story. Wheland has come to terms with his sexuality and now he finds himself wanting what everyone around him has. He wants a relationship and someone that will love him.

Rooster has recently gone through a divorce and to get away from everything he comes back to L.A. Upon arriving back he gets rear ended by Wheland who happens to be an old friend of his.

After going out for a couple of drinks Wheland offers up a spare room in his house to Rooster. His house is plenty big enough no need for him to stay in a hotel. Wheland and Rooster connect over their love of music and end up getting closer and becoming more than just friends. Wheland hasn't really come out to anyone except a few members of the band do know. Rooster on the other hand has been out for while.

Wheland and Rooster's story is one of my favorites. Their story made me both laugh and cry at times. Watching it unfold and wondering if they would get their happily ever after left me unable to put the book down. I found myself captivated by their love, their fears, and their pasts.

Ann thank you for giving us another book full of hot sexy rock gods that know how to make a man and a woman swoon. If you are a fan of hot sexy scenes between two gorgeous men then this is the book for you. You will find yourself being carried away as you become lost in the romance and wondering if these two will be the ones to complete each other.
