This was just spectacular like no words oh wow! Borison does a great job of crafting a world and relationship that had a sense of comfort and familiarity. Every aspect of Luka and Stella’s relationship dynamic was stunning. I love a good friends to lovers where everyone knows they’re in love with each other expect the two clueless dummies. There was such a warmth to their friendship and then their relationship. The hesitation from Stella to actually let herself go and be in a relationship with Luka made complete sense. This book just felt whimsical and so cute like a very sweet holiday read! Also this is set in Maryland which almost never happens and as a Marylander myself I’m glad this is our representation :)
