Oh I absolutely adored this book!! The prose itself was absolutely *gorgeous*. I'm pretty unfamiliar with Arthurian myths beyond the very surface level stories I've heard as a kid so in a lot of ways this was my first time reading this story, and what a way to hear it for the first time. The author's notes about how she blended myths and the research she did made me absolutely ravenous for more. I already had plans to read more by this author this year and now I can't wait to get started. Five whole stars, I'm obsessed with this.
