Six Days in Rome by Francesca Giacco
3.0
An enjoyable and sensory reading experience in the way that it describes the city of Rome. Wasn’t a huge fan of the relationship and family musings but I was really enamoured with the way Emilia connected to the art and history of the city. In the parts where Emilia was merely being a flaneur I really enjoyed it and the writing had potential. Felt like a baby Cusk novel in those parts. A summer tbr must have!
