Collection of short fiction riffing on the theme that queerness and horror monsters have a lot in common, to varying degrees of being on brief. I'm not always that into horror, but I thought the anthology did a great job of mixing outsider metaphors with actual blood and guts horror with more abstract pieces with absurdist humour. I liked some stuff more than others, and didn't get all the poetry, but overall I enjoyed most of it, and didn't run into any outright stinkers. It's by a local press, and I liked how many pieces were set in Vancouver.
