Ghostly Tales for Ghastly Kids by Jamie Rix

dark funny lighthearted mysterious fast-paced

5.0

I absolutely loved this collection of ghost stories as a kid. I would get it from the library over and over. At some point the case fell apart and they started keeping it in a clear VHS box instead. I found them on audible and forced some of my friends to listen to them on road trips, and there has been an amused and appreciative reaction. The nostalgia is a factor, but I do feel like they hold up. The narration is excellent and even though I'd have no way to play them, I wish I owned the original set on cassette myself.
