Skillful world-building around a cosy, contemplative tale. Lacking conflict by design, which was interesting; the restlessness of an easy life isn't a theme commonly explored. A little saccharine for my taste and I'm not in love with the characterisation of the second-main character but it's short enough that that didn't outweigh the positives.
