This was simply not my kind of book, as I would’ve preferred it to be less witty (i.e. no chocolate-loving Satan dressed in a Hawaiian shirt) and more poignant and elegant. It somehow recovered towards the end, but by that point it had already lost me from quotes like:

«Like time, color, temperature and loneliness - love is one of those things that only us humans experience.»
