Based solely on this book's cover, I would give it 5* but considering the books I've read I simply cannot do that. I loved the story and how unhinged women can be, it's the best thing in my opinion. it's also fascinating to read Madeline Miller's early works and notice how her writing has evolved. The story itself reminded me a lot of the book The Yellow Wall-Paper, I don't know why, it just sounded weirdly familiar. loved the "mentally f*cked up" women in both of the works! :)
