A book I will be recommending to patients struggling with eco anxiety. It’s a well written and referenced book by a psychotherapist. As a trainee Cbt therapist I can say that a lot of her information is spot on and well evidenced.
This book guides you through accepting what you can do and validating your experience. Highly recommend.
