ALL THESE FIVE STARS REVIEWS LIED TO ME! If I knew this book was created from a Reylo fanfiction I WOULD HAVE NEVER READ IT. This story started off fine but I quickly realized how I was almost done with it and didn’t ever feel connected to these characters or their story. The couple was saying I love you’s to each other and I was deeply confused on when that progression happened. I genuinely felt like I was missing something because all of a sudden a switch flipped and these characters were in love. Gwen was an okay main character but she still never felt real to me like her actions never made sense to me. I never got the appeal of Xander like AT ALL. He was an asshole to her in the beginning apparently because she was so amazing at the violin and she didn’t even know it… okay??? I didn’t understand why Gwen was so drawn to Xander there was nothing to rave about with him. Then the story adds in what feels like One directions x Y/N fanfiction with Xander being in a famous group that Gwen is obsessed with just ENOUGH! This story was just sloppy and silly like plain dumb. The conflicts were stupid and these two characters made absolute no sense together. There was nothing compelling about this romance and I never wanted Gwen and Xander together so MISSION FAILED!
