Unlike Picoult’s other books this one bit to get my attention;however, once it did I hated having to put it down and literally couldn’t wait until I could find time to read it. Beautifully written, had the heartbreak of a true story more than a fictional “happily ever after” and while it broke my heart… I loved that it was so raw and honest on how life truly isn’t “fair”. Bravo to Picoult, another amazing book, with always reminding me why she is one of my favorite authors with every book of hers that I read!
