The twists and turns in this book keep you guessing the whole time! The book starts out fairly slow with a bunch of world building which is hard to follow at first. I had to keep going back and rereading pages to make sure I was following. I did enjoy the different style of magic and overall story of the book. I will definitely be reading the next book because I have to know after the cliffhanger!
