This is one of the books which I wish everyone read, the world would be a much better place if that were the case. I love how the author dismantles the unreasonable expectations that many people are taught, especially things like "if they loved me, they would have known what I wanted" or that ignoring your needs for others is the only way to be a good person. I love how many exercises and templates the book had, I plan to regularly revisit it. Also it's incredibly liberating to use the advice in real life, scary but so worth it.
