These are the stories that campfire haunts came from. There’s something to be said about “classic” horror out of the 80’s and this little pair of stories stand up to that. This is the stuff of hometown/urban legends, things told at sleepovers or late night parties. If you’re looking to get to the roots of horror and not just sit and muddle through the works of King, this is it!
