If Twilight wasn’t such a phenomenon & I had just picked this book off the shelf, I might’ve DNF’d. The writing style is very repetitive. Every other sentences is “Edward smiled / stopped smiling” or “I could read ____ in his eyes.” I get the eyes are the window to the soul but can you really read ALL that specific stuff in people’s eyes? Really??
But Twilight IS a phenomenon & it’s fun & I’m fully obsessed so 3 stars lol.
